About Crown Ridge
Crown Ridge Homeowners Association is located in Frisco, Texas between Panther Creek Parkway and PGA Parkway on the eastside of Preston Road . The community has 552 members, two private pools with parks and playgrounds. The community is currently zoned for attendance at Prosper I.S.D.
We are very proud that we have achieved a Gold Standard, 5 Star Neighborhood Rating from the City of Frisco. There are 191 HOA's in Frisco. Of those 191 HOA's , 34 have the 5 Star Rating.
Only 17 are Gold Standard like Crown Ridge.
