CRHOA Leasing Policy Waitlist Program

Leasing Policy Waitlist Update Effective January 1st, 2019
The Crown Ridge HOA Board has implemented a Leasing Policy Waitlist for residents wishing to lease their property when the 5% cap limit is in effect. Beginning January 1st, 2019, any Crown Ridge Resident wishing to be added to the Leasing Waitlist Program will need to provide the following information.
- Homeowner's Name
- Address (Crown Ridge Residence)
- Address (Your current mailing address if not in Crown Ridge)
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
- On Market Date
This information can be submitted to customercare@cmamanagement.com.
Once you have requested to be on the Leasing Waitlist Program you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When you go on the Leasing Waitlist Program you will be on the list for the current annual quarter. At the end of the annual quarter, you will be sent an email reminding you to reapply if you would like to continue to be on the list for the following quarter. If we do not receive a confirmation email within 10 business days, you will be dropped from the waitlist program.
